WELCOME TO THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT AT JET EXPRESS

The Management of Jet Express, Inc. (Jet) recognizes and endeavors to provide a safe environment for the people who work for Jet as well as the motoring public. In an effort to meet this responsibility, we have included a comprehensive Loss Control Program within our Safety Department. This program is designed to deal with every phase of our operations, including employee, and driver workplace safety, vehicle use, maintenance, physical and public safety.

As with all successful safety programs, top Management is involved in making the health and safety of our workers a top priority. Jet Express’ Management will work toward this goal at all times. The Management strives to provide the safest conditions and equipment for all employees and drivers. Our company policy therefore specifies the following:

The safety of all drivers and employees, as well as the motoring public, is of paramount importance. Every attempt will be made to reduce the possibility of an accident, both in the workplace and upon public highways.

We are very proud of our Safety Awards Program. For our Annual Safe Driving Awards, they range from 1st year receiving a Jet Express jacket to the 19th year receiving a beautiful Jet Express ring (8 diamonds with a center cut stone). Also, we have initiated a Safety Contest each quarter where all drivers are eligible to win a cash award.

We are dedicated to our goal of health and safety for all workers at Jet Express. Our drivers are a vital part of building our safety team at Jet Express.
